Integrated Licensing Rules Implementation
The official version of the new rules for health care institutions has been published. Please see the Health Care Institutions Rulemaking page.
Effective October 1st, 2013, all of our Health Care Institution (HCI) Licensing rules (Chapter 10) and Court Ordered Program Approvals rules (Chapter 20) went into effect. The official versions of these rules can be found on the Secretary of State's website, or more user-friendly versions of these rules (unofficial versions) can be found below:
