The Department facilitated a series of trainings to help providers understand the new rules, how the changes will be implemented, the impact the new rules will have on licensed facilities, and to offer technical assistance to help facilities comply with the rules. Additional training sessions may be scheduled as needed and will be posted here. Unless otherwise noted, trainings will be held in the 4th Floor Training Room located at
