The Division of Licensing Services' Office of Long-Term Care Licensing licenses and inspects Arizona nursing homes facilities.  Long-Term Care staff also perform Medicaid certification inspections for Arizona's Intermediate Care Facilities for the Mentally Retarded (ICF/MR).
