2013 ADVICE Collaborative

The objective of the ADVICE (Arizona Developing Value through Innovation and Communication with ESRD providers) Collaborative is to build strategic partnerships with dialysis providers, ESRD networks, renal associations, public health professionals, federal partners, and other stakeholders. This all day collaborative workshop is designed to stimulate and support significant improvement in infection control in dialysis care. Participants will obtain current best practices, identify new ways to promote infection control, and develop a strategic plan of future activities. Sessions will be led by experts in the field of infection control with breakouts to encourage discussion and networking.
Objectives
- Develop an understanding of issues related to infection control and prevention within Arizona’s ESRD providers.
- Identify priority items related to infection control within the ESRD facilities
- Build and foster relationships between the ESRD Network, renal associations, dialysis providers, and public health.
- Strengthen communication related to infection control and prevention between the dialysis providers and public health.
