In addition, we actively subscribe to a number of excellent health-related periodicals. Please check the holdings list for more information about our currently active periodical subscriptions.

The Library is also a depository of information about the history of the Arizona State Hospital, including annual reports back to the 1930s.

We offer literature searches and document retrieval services to our hospital staff through a reciprocal agreement with other hospitals and clinics throughout the United States, its territories and Canada. In return, our Library is able to fulfill an average of 25 article requests per month from outside health facilities.

Employee Circulation Policy: All hospital staff and Arizona Department of Health Services employees may check out books from our circulating collection for two weeks; audiovisual materials for one week. Our journals collection does not circulate; however, we do provide photocopy services
