The Arizona Trauma System Quality Assurance and System Improvement Committee (AZTQ) of the State Trauma Board is responsible for recommending standards for a uniform data collection system for the trauma registry, for maintaining confidentiality of trauma registry data, for the use of aggregate trauma registry data, for the release of such information, and for developing methods for continual quality enhancement of trauma registry data and the quality assurance process.  The membership list and link to their bylaws are listed below.  In order to download the PDF file, Acrobat Reader™ is required.
