Quality Management Operations assumes responsibility for 4 major areas within Behavioral Health Services:

These areas work together to develop and implement a system of continuous quality improvement by establishing performance measures, evaluating individual T/RBHA and statewide performance through data collection methods, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing improvement initiatives.
