Behavioral Health System Outcomes Framework and Dashboard
Scorecard per GSA
For contracting purposes, ADHS/DBHS divides the state geographically into six Geographic Service Areas (GSAs). ADHS/DBHS has issued contracts to RBHAs to provide services in each GSA, as outlined below:

The GSA Scorecard also divides the data collected for the Behavioral Health Outcomes Framework into four categories – Outcomes, Access, Service Delivery and Coordination/Collaboration. The categories are comprised of data from a variety of sources – demographic data provided by clients on a regular basis, survey data, analysis of claims data, audits of records and data reported by the RBHAs.
