The Office of Business Information Systems, within the Bureau of Quality Management Operations, provides technical support to planners, policymakers and program administrators by providing them with useful raw data and ad hoc reports containing behavioral health service information in a managed health care system.  This unit also includes the development and dissemination of utilization data enabling management to make critical decisions with a focused understanding of behavioral health service data.
