The Arizona Department of Health Services/Division of Behavioral Health Services (ADHS/DBHS) has established a phone line for ValueOptions staff to communicate, anonymously if they so desire, any perception of a hostile work environment resulting from or associated with communication by ValueOptions supervisory or management staff. Please call (602) 350-5044 if you have any such concerns that you would like to discuss with an ADHS/DBHS staff member.
