The Arizona Department of Health Services/Division of Behavioral Health Services (ADHS/DBHS) Provider Manual template describes direct service delivery requirements to behavioral health service providers across the state of Arizona.  The Provider Manual contains concise and understandable information that supports the efficient and effective management of the public behavioral health system and ensures the delivery of quality behavioral health services.  Each contracted Regional Behavioral Health Authority (RBHA) has added geographic service area information to the manual to create RBHA specific versions of the manual.
