Eligibility Information

All Arizona residents can apply for behavioral health services and medical care through the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS).

You can apply for yourself and your children. If you are not a U.S. citizen you can still apply for children born in the United States. Apply Online for AHCCCS.

Eligibility for AHCCCS is based on monthly income, number of family members and other factors.
