| Arizona Administrative Code, Title 9, Chapter 10, Article 15 contains licensing requirements for abortion clinics. The Department is in the process of amending the abortion clinics rules to comply with a Stipulation of Settlement for court case, Tucson Woman's Clinic v. Eden (9th Cir. June 18, 2004).
