2010 Regulatory Agenda
 
Pursuant to A.R.S. § 41-1021.02, the Department has prepared a regulatory agenda for the 2010 calendar year. Pursuant to A.R.S. § 41-1021.02(D), the Department may undertake a rulemaking even if the rulemaking is not included on the annual regulatory agenda.

The Department has listed the dates it currently anticipates the actions to be taken, but may change the dates as necessary.
