Birth Certificates Rulemaking
 
The Department is in the process of amending rules contained in Arizona Administrative Code Title 9, Chapter 19, Articles 1 and 2 that include definitions and requirements for completing, submitting, registering, correcting, and amending the birth certificates of individuals born in Arizona. 

The purpose of this page is to provide information related to the Birth Certificates rulemaking, including timelines, meeting notices, and draft rules.
