Child Care Facilities Rulemaking
 
The Department is in the process of amending the Child Care Facilities rules. The rulemaking will address technical changes, reorganization, staff qualifications and training, and program requirements, etc. After the draft is completed, the Department will afford interested persons with opportunities to discuss and make comments about the draft rules. The draft rules will not be adopted until the Department has provided this opportunity to all interested persons. 

The purpose of this page is to provide information about the Child Care Facilities rulemaking, including timelines and a draft of the rules. The Department suggests you visit this site often to see the latest updates.
