| The Department has amended the rules in Arizona Administrative Code Title 9, Chapter 7 that govern the Children's Rehabilitative Services program (CRS). The purpose of this page is to provide information about the status of this rulemaking.
The Governor's Regulatory Review Council (GRRC) approved the new CRS rules on September 9, 2008.
GRRC will submit the approved rules to the Office of the Secretary of State on October 1, 2008, and the rules are effective as of that date.
