The Department filed the following Notices of Exempt Rulemaking with the Secretary of State in 2002.  You may access a notice on the Secretary of State's web site by clicking on the Register Citation.  You may have to page through other state agency materials to find the Department of Health Services' exempt rulemaking.

Rules are exempt from the rulemaking requirements in A.R.S § Title 41, Chapter 6 only if authorized by a specific statute or A.R.S. § 41-1005.  A Notice of Exempt Rulemaking will identify the statutory authority for the exempt rulemaking.
