| A.R.S. § 36-664(E) requires the Department or a local health department to disclose communicable disease related information to a Good Samaritan who submits a request to the Department or a local health department. The current Communicable Diseases and Infestation rules, Title 9, Article 6, do not address the disclosure of communicable disease related information to a Good Samaritan. The Department
has drafted rules for disclosure of communicable disease related information to a Good Samaritan.
