| The Arizona Department of Health Services (Department) is revising the Hearing Aid Dispenser rules in 9 A.A.C. 16, Article 3. The Department is in the process of creating an internal draft, in accordance with the 2001 and 2006 five-year-review reports. After the internal draft is completed, the Department will afford interested persons with opportunities to discuss and make comments about the proposed amendments to the rules. The draft rules will not be adopted until the Department has provided this opportunity to all interested persons.
