The rulemaking moratorium has been extended. The Department will not be conducting regular rulemaking activities, unless authorized by an exception, until after December 31, 2014 due to the rulemaking moratorium established by the Governor's Executive Order 2012-03, published on page 1656 in the Arizona Administrative Register on July 6, 2012.
The Administrative Rules Office is composed of the manager, Thomas Salow, J.D., and senior rules analysts. Rules, five-year-review reports, guidance documents, and substantive policy statements are drafted by the senior rules analysts who report to the manager.
