(Department) rulemakings, substantive
policy statements, agency guidance documents, and staff contact

The Department will not be conducting rulemaking activities until

October 16, 2009 due to the Governor's June
29th memorandum. |

The Administrative Rules Office is composed of the Acting Manager, Thomas Salow, and senior rules analysts.
Rules, five-year-review reports, and substantive policy statements are drafted
by Department of Health Services rules analysts who report to the rules
administrator.
