| According to A.R.S. § 36-413, and consistent with 42 CFR 483.35, 42 CFR 483.75, 42 CFR 483.160, and 42 CFR 488.301, the Department is making NFAs training programs rules at R9-10-113 and R9-10-114 of the
Arizona Administrative Code. All interested persons have an opportunity to participate in the NFAs training programs rulemaking
process by commenting on the draft rules and draft training course as drafts
are posted.
