| According to A.R.S. §§ 36-899.01 and 36-899.02, the Department's rules for the hearing screening of students, located in Title 9, Chapter 13, Article 1 of the Arizona Administrative Code, promote hearing screening by Arizona's schools. In this rulemaking, the Department is revising these rules that were last revised in 2002.
