The Arizona Department of Health Services filed a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking with the Secretary of State's Office on July 28, 2009.  The Notice was published on August 21, 2009.  The Department held an Oral Proceeding for the rulemaking on September 22, 2009, and submitted a Notice of Final Rulemaking to the Governor’s Regulatory Review Council (Council) on October 19, 2009.  The rules were approved by the Council on December 1, 2009.  Links to the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking and Notice of Final Rulemaking are listed below.
