Office of Equal Opportunity
The Office of Equal Opportunity (OEO) works with the Office of the Director and advises and informs employees and supervisors of their rights and responsibilities under the Civil Rights Laws. This includes advising management of their responsibility for complying with equal opportunity objectives. The OEO is charged with responding to and investigating complaints of discrimination based on race, color, sex, sexual orientation, religion, national origin, age, disability, retaliation and veteran status.
