FIT at Fifty HealthCheck Program
Diagnostic Algorithms
The FIT at Fifty HealthCheck Program is funded through the Colorectal Cancer Control Program (CRCCP) and FFHP Providers follow the CRCCP's screening algorithm in addition to the FFHP's screening and diagnostic algorithm.
These algorithms and guidelines may be used by FIT at Fifty HealthCheck Program providers. However, please note that each patient is unique and these algorithms are not intended to replace clinical judgment in individual cases but instead to aid the provider's clinical decision making process.
