Cancer Screening Locations

To help facility eligibility determination and enrollment, the HealthCheck Program has partnered with the Arizona Cancer Society to establish toll-free hotline hotlines for the WWHP (1-888-257-8502) and the FFHP (1-866-227-6044) that are staffed Monday-Friday from 8:00AM-6:00PM Arizona Time. These hotlines provide additional resources for you but eligibility determination and enrollment can also be made directly through the HealthCheck program contractors listed below.
