Obesity/Overweight
Provide classes about the importance of maintaining healthy weight and exercise. Topics include proper nutrition, dietary quality, weight management, maternal health, consumption of fruits and vegetables, and physical activity. At least one dietary improvement will be reported. Participants given pedometers to measure their physical activity, and Body Mass Indexes will be maintained or decreased.
