The first of three public hearings on rules to implement the Smoke-free Arizona Act (Proposition 201) will be Tuesday in Phoenix.
Hearings also will take place this week in Tucson and Flagstaff.

The Arizona Department of Health Services is seeking public input a variety of issues, including how far smoking should be prohibited from entryways. The Smoke-free Arizona Act, passed by voters in November, prohibits smoking in most public indoor places.
