Arizona Department of Health Services is working with law enforcement agencies to locate a patient who was discovered missing from the Arizona State Hospital about 11 pm Saturday night.  Jorge Murillo arrived at the civil side of the hospital on October 11 after serving his complete sentence in the Arizona Department of Corrections system.  The 40-year-old was convicted of sexual assault in Maricopa County for a crime that happened in 1999.  You can find a photo and more information on www.azcorrections.gov.
