| The Office of
Planning and Quality Improvement (OPQI) guides the agency through the
process of developing a Strategic Plan
(to view, Acrobat
Reader™ is required) and annually updated program list. As the agency's liaison to the
Governor's Office of Strategic Planning and Budgeting (OSPB), the Administrator
works with the programs and the Executive Team to: monitor and report the
progress toward implementation of goals, objectives, and performance measures;
provide technical assistance in program evaluation and improvement. |
