The Division for Planning and Operations (DPO) serves the entire agency with essential functions including budgeting, accounting, payroll, services, human resource management, information systems, web design, policy and procedure development, rules administration, internal and external audits, special investigations, contracting, information security and privacy, and facilities management.  The guiding philosophy for the Division is to provide these services as effectively and efficiently as possible, and to do so in a manner that engages our internal and external colleagues as our customers.
