ADHS is not authorized to provide individual information regarding HIPAA complaints or concerns that do not relate to ADHS activities or activities of an ADHS business associate (an entity that has a business associate agreement with an ADHS covered component). ADHS HIPAA cannot give legal advice. For HIPAA complaints and concerns that do not pertain to doctors, hospitals, or health care providers related to ADHS or ADHS business associates, please contact the doctor, hospital, or health care provider and/or the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services Office for Civil Rights (OCR).
