Health Care Institutions (HCI) Licensing Rulemaking - Phase 2 (Exempt)

The current rules for the licensing of health care institutions (HCI) are in Arizona Administrative Code (A.A.C.) Title 9, Chapter 10.  As part of implementing Laws 2011, Chapter 96, the Department has amended the rules and has filed a Notice of Exempt Rulemaking for the licensing of HCIs in 9 A.A.C. 10, effective October 1, 2013.

To comply with Laws 2013, Chapter 10, the Department further revised the rules regarding HCIs. The Department has filed another Notice of Exempt Rulemaking for the licensing of HCIs in 9 A.A.C. 10, effective July 1, 2014. The filed version of the Notice of Exempt Rulemaking is posted below.
