Who to Call for Help
 

For a patient with an unusual or suspicious illness, management of suspected anthrax incidents, possible exposure to a suspicious powder, reporting of diseases, cluster outbreaks or unusual clinical presentations of infectious diseases, call your local health department below or call the Office of Infectious Disease Services at (602) 364-4562.

For a suspicious package - Call 911

If a patient brings the suspicious powder to the office, using gloves, place it in a sealed plastic bag - Call 911.
