We would like to announce a transition within the Bureau of Epidemiology and Disease Control. In an effort to maximize program collaboration, an Office of Disease Integration and Services has been created to include Tuberculosis Control, Sexually Transmitted Disease Control, HIV Surveillance, Ryan White Part B, and HIV Care and Services. The office will look to further improve partnerships and strengthen work across the related programs. As significant patterns of co-morbidity are found with these diseases, the office will prioritize the control and elimination through an integrated capacity.
