The Office of Inspection and Compliance (OIC) is home to the Smoke-Free Arizona Program and Arizona's FDA Tobacco Compliance Program. The Smoke-Free Arizona Program, in partnership with Arizona's county health departments, is responsible for education, compliance assistance, and enforcement of the Smoke-Free Arizona Act. The FDA Tobacco Compliance Program conducts inspections at tobacco retailers throughout Arizona to monitor compliance with the Family Smoking Prevention and Tobacco Control Act.
