Healthy Aging Arizona

In a brief one page format, "Fast Facts" provide quick overviews of chronic diseases and health problems affecting older adults in Arizona. Each overview contains a summary of the problem or issue, an estimate of current health cost expenditures, a list of who is at risk and descriptions of interventions or activities that may decrease risk. Links to more detailed information on each subject are also provided.

Fast Facts documents are available in downloadable PDF format. To open them, you need to have Adobe Reader™ (free software) installed on your computer.
