The National Association of Chronic Disease Directors (NACDD), in collaboration with the National Association of State Units on Aging (NASUA), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and the Administration on Aging (AoA), is working to develop the tools and expertise required to effectively address healthy aging from within state and territorial health departments. http://www.chronicdisease.org/i4a/pages/index.cfm?pageid=3317
