Healthy Aging Communication Registry

The Healthy Aging Communication Network membership consists of professionals working in fields related to healthy aging and who agree to provide expertise and resources to other members in need.

The HACN facilitates a connection between members with expertise and information-seekers via web meetings to more quickly and completely arrive at solutions.

The HACN exists to foster Healthy Aging for Arizonans by encouraging and expediting collaboration, information and resource sharing.
