Healthy Arizona 2010 Report Card (1999-2002)

The Healthy Arizona 2010 Report Card is a three-year update on the work of the Healthy Arizona 2010 initiative.  It is a summary of key indicators and the progress made since 1999.  The indicators listed in this report are from consistent data sources.  Reports of progress for the entire 2010 plan are available in a narrative form in the 2003 UPDATE.

Arizona 2000 Report Card

On October 9, 1992, in a unique planning session, twenty-five health leaders across Arizona came together  to achieve consensus on 10 priority areas in only one day. Some of these areas were, by definition, difficult to measure.  Others had objective indicators and were tracked by the Arizona Department of Health Services over the course of the decade.  The Arizona 2000 Health Report Card is a summary of statistical results of those Arizona 2000 objectives that were measurable and a roadmap for where work lies ahead.
