The study, completed by the College of Public Health, University of Arizona, originally looked at 2010-2011 kindergarten immunization data collected from 1,018 Arizona schools. In 2012 the study was expanded to include a survey of physicians who immunize children, and immunization record reviews, parent surveys, and town hall meetings at schools with high personal beliefs exemption rates.
The manuscript of an article detailing the first phase of the study is posted below, along with complete survey results, conclusions and recommendations.
