& Vision: The
Mesa Partnership For Children with Special Health Care Needs
is a proactive community organization supported by parent and professionals
concerned about children and their families facing special health care needs.
We are parents and professionals working together to
improve services and the quality of life for children in our community with
special health care needs and their families.

Accomplishments:
The Mesa Partnership held its annual “Special Kid’s Family Fun Day” at Gene Autry Park, an event filled
with safe and friendly fun for children with special health care needs and their
families.
