CRS Rules and Statutes

The CRS rules, enacted at Title 9, Chapter 7 of the Arizona Administrative Code, are statements of general applicability by which ADHS interprets and implements CRS statutes, enacted at A.R.S. §§ 36-261 through 36-265. The statutes grant broad authority to ADHS to create and operate the CRS program to serve children with special health care needs. The rules describe the program in greater detail.
