The Arizona Administrative Code Title 9, Chapter 8, Article 1, entitled FOOD AND DRINK, is available from the Arizona Secretary of State.
The rules incorporate most of the 1999 U.S. Food and Drug Administration Model Food Code by reference. The rules also contain licensing and compliance provisions.
