Arizona Food Safety Rules
The unofficial version of the Arizona State Food Code is available here. It contains the technical requirements for food establishments adopted from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration 1999 Model Food Code, as modified by the State of Arizona.
Arizona Food Code Technical Requirements
The Arizona Administrative Code Title 9, Chapter 8, Article 1, entitled FOOD AND DRINK, is available from the Arizona Secretary of State. The rules incorporate most of the 1999 U.S. Food and Drug Administration Model Food Code by reference. The rules also contain licensing and compliance provisions.
