What
are the BWCH Hotlines?
At ADHS we answer calls on three different 800 number hotlines. There is no
charge for 800 number calls. The three hotlines that we answer are Pregnancy
and Breast Feeding/Baby Arizona, Children’s Information Center, and WIC
(Women Infant and Children).

Can
I get/am I eligible for WIC?
WIC is a supplemental food program for low-income Women Infants and Children.
Pregnant, Postpartum and breast-feeding women may be eligible, as well as
infants and children up to the age of five. Please call 1-800-252-5492 and a
Customer Service Representative will connect you to the WIC office in your
neighborhood.

am pregnant and would like to sign up for Baby Arizona; can you help me?
Yes, Baby Arizona is a special AHCCCS program that assists low-income women in
beginning obstetrical care (visiting your baby doctor) prior to determination
of eligibility. Please call 1-800-833-4642 and a Customer Service
Representative will assist you with a pre-screening, and enrollment
information.

If you have a concern about the items at your grocery store, please call
1-800-252-5942 and a Customer Service Representative will be able to assist
you by recording and reporting your complaint.

Yes, the Children’s Information Center is dedicated to connecting children
with Special Health needs to services available in their neighborhood. Please
call 1-800-232-1676 and a Customer Service Representative will assist you.
