Home

The Arizona Birth Defects Monitoring Program is a statewide, population-based, active surveillance program that collects and analyzes information on children with reportable birth defects diagnosed within the first year of life.  Data is collected from 62 hospitals, 2 genetic centers, and 4 Children's Rehabilitation Services clinics throughout the state on all live-born and still-born children of Arizona residents.
