The ADHS Physical Activity programs are currently being offered in 8 of our 15 Arizona counties. We have at least one Physical Activity Coordinator in these counties who deliver our programs. Each of our Physical Activity Coordinators offer the Promoting Lifetime Activity for Youth and WELL programs in addition to offering multiple community events and programs promoting physical activity for children, adolescents and adults.
