Workforce Data Center Information to be posted on the ADHS Web Site

The accuracy of your data counts.

Your data will be used to inform hospitals and healthcare providers about the severity of the workforce shortage.  Amended UAR rules will include hospital vacancy and turnover rates for many healthcare professionals. The Arizona Hospital and Healthcare Association’s Workforce Data Center will integrate data from health professional licensing agencies with your UAR information so that the forecasting results of healthcare professional shortages will be available for Arizona hospitals.  For more information, contact Beth Ellis via phone, 602-445-4319, or email bellis@azhha.org.
