Registration

Creating an Account

1. Click the above "Register Now" button to access AZ-ESAR-VHP registration home page.
2. Click the "Register" button
3. Complete the Basic Profile Form and click "Submit"
4. Open the confirmation e-mail from no-reply@emsystem.com; click the embedded link to activate your account.
5. Log in using your personal username and password; click the "Register" button
6. A confirmation message will appear; click the "Submit" button and the Help Section will appear; click "Submit" again to begin the registration process.

How To Register

1. Provide the requested information for each required field; required fields are marked with an asterisk.
2. Click the "Next" button at the bottom right of each page to save the data on the current form and to advance to the next.
3. After completing all tabs, you a message of appreciation will appear.
