- Reporting by Providers
As a healthcare provider, you must report any HIV infection and related disease within five (5) working days of diagnosis, treatment, or detection to a local health department. Your report must include patient information (name, contact information, birthday, race, sex, and ethnicity), laboratory results, and other lab report information.
